Technical Issues
Because the audio processing happens privately on your computer, it has some minimum hardware requirements:
- At least 8 GB RAM (16 GB better)
- Dedicated GPU recommended
- Modern web browser and operating system with WebGPU support
- Best results: Chrome on Windows or macOS
If your device struggles, switch to Safe mode (CPU) in Account settings. It’s slower, but more compatible.
If you get repeated crashing, you can try the following:
- Reload the tab (even do a hard-refresh) or restart your entire browser instance
- Close other applications or browser tabs that are consuming a lot of memory, CPU, and GPU usage
- Use incognito browsing to avoid interference from extensions and plugins
- Use Force CPU (safe mode) in the account settings if your GPU is unstable — the app automatically checks your hardware and will fall back to CPU when needed
Remember that even though it feels like a light website, it performs heavy audio processing on your computer. It will use significant hardware resources including memory/RAM, CPU, and GPU.
How to Cancel
- Click “👤 Manage Account ▼” in the top-right of the website
- Click “Manage Subscription & Billing” and follow the instructions to access your Stripe billing portal
- Click “Cancel subscription” from the Stripe billing portal
Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I file a chargeback? Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account termination and permanent loss of access to all services. For billing issues, contact [email protected] before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are happy to help you.
